Analytics Starter Kit

We set up your reporting tools effortlessly — as a turnkey service.

Data consolidation and visualization a challenge?

We help you build a reporting setup that serves your company's goals.

We bring your data together

We reliably consolidate data from scattered systems (e.g. CRM, ERP, marketing) into one place — an automated data warehouse.

We visualize your data

We turn raw data into interactive and visual reports that directly answer your most important business questions.

We build your team's capabilities

We see onboarding through to completion. We train your team to use the new tools and make data-driven decisions independently.

This is how your journey to data-driven leadership begins

1. Choose your data sources – Where does your data live?

Everything starts by identifying the places where your company's key data is stored. Whether it's ERP, CRM, marketing tools, or Excel spreadsheets — we connect them all.

Person selecting data sources

2. Define your goals – What do you want to see?

A data source can contain a lot of noise. At this stage we select the data and metrics that are most critical to your business, such as sales trends or project profitability.

3. Choose your platform – Power BI or Data Studio?

The final touch is choosing the tool that turns data into easy-to-read reports. We offer the market's leading solutions:

  • Microsoft Power BI: An excellent choice for organizations using the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Google Data Studio: A flexible, lightweight tool — especially great for marketing data.

Questions? We have answers.

The best projects start with business goals and metrics: what decisions do you want to improve, and what data do you need for that? From there, we map data sources, data quality, and existing reports. The result is a clear roadmap that prioritizes the quickest wins while building a sustainable foundation.

We typically work in phases so that the first reports and metrics are available as early as possible. The goal is visible results quickly — not just at the end of the project.

We need a named owner and, where necessary, key people from the business to ensure metrics and definitions are done correctly. We also agree on the necessary access to data sources and existing reporting. We take care of the technical implementation, documentation, and transparent progress so that your workload stays manageable.

This is extremely common. We start by mapping data quality and concepts, and agree on shared definitions so that numbers mean the same thing to everyone. We build the data model and transformations so that reporting is based on one reliable source of truth. At the same time, we make it visible where the numbers come from so that reports can be trusted.

It doesn't have to. We favor a partnership model, because data-driven management is not a one-off project: needs change, new data sources arrive, metrics are refined, and users need support. In a partnership we agree on a continuous development rhythm and priorities, keeping work manageable, benefits accruing steadily, and solutions evolving with the business.
